Interview with Enzo NOBLE

04 March 2026

CS Aylmer is pleased to welcome a new coach: Enzo NOBLE ⚽

Passionate and motivated, Enzo joins the club with the desire to contribute to the development of our organization.

We warmly welcome him to the CS Aylmer family! 👏

Why did you choose to become a soccer coach?

Passionate about football from a very young age, I chose to become a coach in order to pass on strong values and support young athletes in their development, both educationally and athletically.

What has been your journey as a football coach?

I obtained my federal coaching diplomas in France up to the UEFA A License and completed university studies in sports science. I have coached many teams, from grassroots (soccer school) to senior level, which allowed me to develop a comprehensive vision of player development.

What would you like to bring to Club Soccer Aylmer from a sporting perspective?

I aim to bring my experience and knowledge in tactical, technical, athletic, and mental aspects to contribute to player development and the club’s progression.

Why Canada?

Canada has always attracted me because of its environment, mindset, and opportunities. The fact that Quebec is French-speaking is also an important asset for my integration.

Did you play soccer? If so, what was your journey?

Yes, I started playing soccer at the age of 7 and played until I was 25 before fully dedicating myself to coaching. I played for several clubs in Strasbourg, where I was able to learn, improve, and greatly enjoy the game.

What is your favorite football team?

I don’t support just one particular team, but I really enjoy FC Barcelona and Manchester United, which I follow whenever possible. Currently, Bayern Munich also impresses me.

Who is your favorite player?

Lionel Messi, because everything he does seems almost supernatural — a true spectacle for soccer fans.

Who is your favorite coach?

Marcelo Bielsa, for his ability to impose a strong playing identity, his high standards, and his commitment to player development in service of the team.

What is your favorite quote?

“Understanding the game is already the first step toward mastering it.”

Interview with Tom Brasseur

31 July 2025

Hello everyone,

The Aylmer SC took the time to conduct a short interview with Tom Brasseur, the club's new technician. We are pleased to share it with you.

Tom Brasseur

Why did you choose to become a soccer coach?

I wanted to become a coach since I was a teenager.
Being a big soccer fan and very interested in the tactical aspect of the sport, I quickly turned to this path.
I wanted to pass on my knowledge, play an important role in the physical and personal development of children, and build relationships with players, all while earning a living doing what I love.

What has been your career path as a soccer coach?

I started in 2021 at US VENDÔME as a volunteer coach, where I helped the coaches with training sessions and matches.
Then I was in charge of a U13 team the following season.
Then in 2023/2024, I decided I wanted to become a professional by obtaining my BMF (UEFA B) certification. During that season, I was responsible for the U11 category and assistant coach for U18R2.
Last season, I wanted to continue my studies while remaining employed by my club, so I took the Professional License in Management and Development of Sports Organizations at the University of Lyon.
I then became administrative manager, head of the soccer school, and coach for U10 & U16R2.

What would you like to bring to Club Soccer Aylmer in terms of sports?

I would like to bring what I have learned from my various experiences and the ideas I have in order to bring something new to the club and help it grow.

Why Canada?

I have always been interested in Canada because of how easy it is to integrate there thanks to the language.
The opportunity arose to join CS Aylmer and be a major player in the project, which immediately motivated me.
Being able to have a unique experience that is different from soccer in France is also an advantage for my personal development.

I had already had the opportunity to move to this country for my studies, but I turned it down because I only wanted to move there to work.

Have you played soccer? If so, what has been your career as a player?

I have been playing soccer since I was 6 years old. I have only played at the departmental level.
I started at AS Mondoubleau Cormenon, the club in my childhood village, where I played for two seasons.
I then joined La Soudaysienne, where I stayed for ten seasons.
With my background as an educator, I have also been able to play for US Vendôme in recent years.

What is your favorite soccer team?

I support Olympique Lyonnais and also FC Rouen because of my family roots.

What is the name of your favorite player?

Nabil Fékir

What is the name of your favorite coach?

José Mourinho

What is your favorite quote?

“Better than yesterday, not as good as tomorrow.”
